Where we work
We predominantly serve London for projects involving 20 or more units. For projects involving 100 or more units, we also work across southern England up to the Midlands.
Tell us the location, number of units and types of equipment involved. We can then discuss a suitable on-site approach for the job.
What happens on site
We match data-bearing devices to their recorded identifiers, use the agreed method and check the equipment-generated result. If the process fails or cannot be verified, the affected equipment remains on site.

The @RACK Step 3A degausser processes supported magnetic media. A hard drive that cannot be wiped is degaussed and then crushed on site.
Blackbelt360 processes supported phones, tablets and NVMe devices on site, with a verified result.
An authorised operator checks the relevant certificate and records the decision. No successful certificate means no device release.
After clearance
Only cleared assets move to the next stage: refurbishment, reuse or responsible recycling, as appropriate. Final disposition is recorded.
